Auditorium - Effective January 1, 2017, rental rates will be as follows: Non-profit $450.00 and For Profit $500. All other rental information will remain the same.

Deposit and/or insurance would be at the discretion of the Executive Director based on the nature of the activity.
General Liability Insurance
All events occurring at the African American Performing Arts Center and Exhibit Hall requires proof of insurance as follows: Lessee must maintain General Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with the African American Performing Arts Center and New Mexico State Fair named as additional insured on the policy.
Security
Security is optional on some events, however, if liquor is served, security is required. Management will determine the need for security. There is a minimum of two hours of service:

Parking is free unless there are other events taking place on Expo New Mexico grounds at the same time. Generally, parking fees are applied from Friday through Sunday. Special events i.e., state fair, circus, monster truck, etc may determine parking fees.
A contractor to operate audio and lights in the auditorium
